Assistant Director
PT Bondall Kumala Jaya is inviting qualified and dedicated professionals to apply for the position of Assistant Director. This role will provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Director to ensure effective business activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Administration, or other relevant fields
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director and Purchasing
3. Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
5. Fluent in English; strong verbal communication skills in English are mandatory

Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily administrative duties and documentation
2. Coordinate and manage meeting schedules between the Director and internal

    or external parties
3. Act as a liaison on behalf of the Director when communicating with staff,

    clients, and business partners
4. Handle and monitor purchasing activities in accordance with

    company procedures
